MindsEye organizes open and in-house training programs, to address a wide range of areas which include: technical matters, selling, marketing and customer relationships, leadership and human resource management, and essential professional skills. MindsEye offers over thirty certificates in these topics.

Our Open Programs are focused at academic training in areas which are high in demand, like Interview Skills to areas which niche such as Project Management for Managers and above.

We also get a lot of nominations from Small and Medium enterprises who cannot afford In House training programs. Nominated staff members come with a defined problem which is discussed in length and possible solutions and rectifications are addressed in the course of the training program.
